## Description

The Warehouse Materials Specialist is responsible for supporting warehouse operations through inventory control, shipping, receiving, and material handling activities. This position works with SAP, Oracle, and Maximo systems to ensure accurate inventory management and timely fulfillment of operational needs.

Responsibilities

 * Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials.
 * Process inventory transactions using SAP and Oracle.
 * Pick, stage, package, and ship materials based on work orders.
 * Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
 * Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories.
 * Generate shipping documentation including packing slips and bills of lading.
 * Manage quarantine inventory and warehouse organization.
 * Coordinate shipments with carriers and third-party storage facilities.
 * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
 * Support special projects and identify process improvement opportunities.
