## About the Role

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, * Ten (10) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in:

 * Data analysis, mapping, and migration between legacy and modern systems
 * Developing and implementing comprehensive data conversion plans
 * Designing and executing data validation and testing processes
 * Ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout conversion projectsCollaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional departments to define and prioritize data conversion requirements., * Prior experience with LADOTD data or other similar state applications.
 * Experience with data conversion tools, ETL platforms, and scripting languages.

Role and Responsibilities

 * Analyze and map data from the old system to the new one.
 * Develop and implement data conversion plans.
 * Design and execute data validation and testing processes.
 * Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data conversion process.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to define and prioritize data conversion requirements.
 * Research and evaluate new data conversion technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
 * Mentor and train other team members on data conversion best practices.Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress and status.
