## About the Role

 * Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
\n

 * Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on application performance, maintainability, and scalability.
\n

 * Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD), and familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
\n

 * Understanding of software development processes, particularly in C#, AWS, and microservices environments.
\n

 * Experience with Agile ways of working, preferably SAFe Agile.
\n

 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
\n

 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
