## About the Role

* Level II: Bachelor's degree + 2-5 years of experience (or equivalent)
 * Senior: Bachelor's degree + 5-10 years of experience (or equivalent)
 * Experience in fast-paced, small engineering teams
 * Background in vehicle integration, ground, or flight testing
 * Familiarity with avionics, instrumentation, software, fluid systems, propulsion, or structures
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to adapt to changing priorities
 * Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
 * MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
 * Familiarity with CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
 * Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Jira)
 * Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jama, Cameo, DOORS)
 * Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience as a Test Conductor
 * Experience supporting major technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)
 * Knowledge of aerospace configuration control and change management
 * Experience with hypersonic or air-launched vehicle programs
 * Experience in technical risk identification and mitigation
 * Experience with requirements definition and verification for advanced aerospace systems
 * Active DoD Secret clearance
 * Programming experience (MATLAB, Python)
 * Advanced experience with CAD, Jira, and requirements tools, Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) to comply with ITAR regulations.

## Description

* Define and execute vehicle integration and test activities with systems, test, and program teams.
 * Develop and run hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and on-vehicle test procedures.
 * Maintain test objectives and ensure alignment with vehicle requirements.
 * Participate in test planning, Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), execution, troubleshooting, and post-test analysis.
 * Analyze and optimize data review methods and tools.
 * Understand subsystem interactions and dependencies.
 * Establish and enforce standards for test planning and documentation.
