## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, * 1+ years of IT support, help desk, or customer service experience preferred

 * MSP experience is a plus
 * Basic knowledge of:
 * Windows and Microsoft 365
 * TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPN troubleshooting
 * Printers, hardware, and workstation setup
 * Active Directory and user account management
 * Strong communication and customer service skills
 * Comfortable using PSA/RMM tools and remote support platforms
 * Ability to prioritize tasks and follow documented processes

Preferred Certifications

 * CompTIA A+ or Network+
 * Microsoft Fundamentals certifications

## Description

We are seeking a Tier 1 Help Desk Technician to join our Service & Support team. This role provides frontline technical support for end users, including Microsoft 365, Windows devices, printers, user accounts, connectivity issues, onboarding/offboarding, and general troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, eager to learn, and able to follow documented processes while escalating issues appropriately., * Provide Tier 1 support for Microsoft 365, Windows PCs, printers, browsers, and common business applications

 * Troubleshoot password, MFA, account access, email, and user configuration issues
 * Setup and support desktops, laptops, peripherals, and new user onboarding
 * Assist with software installs, updates, patches, and workstation troubleshooting
 * Troubleshoot basic networking and VPN connectivity issues
 * Document ticket updates, time entries, and troubleshooting steps accurately
 * Respond to alerts and service requests using approved tools and procedures
 * Escalate issues outside Tier 1 scope with clear documentation
 * Participate in rotating after-hours on-call support
 * Utilize tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and other approved AI platforms for troubleshooting and documentation
