Preferred Skills & Education: * Working with code repositories, completed code reviews and good understanding of a DevOps model. * Familiarity with one or more of the 3rd party monitoring products we use (AWS/Dynatrace). * Familiar with the AWS fabric. * Aurora PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB a plus. * Experience with AWX (Ansible) a plus. * Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker containers a plus. * Thrive in a collaborative environment. * Ability to work flexible hours. * Works effectively under pressure. * Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams. ## Description The Database Administrator is responsible for providing database services as well as development support to our organization. The primary responsibilities of this role would include the design, installation, monitoring, and performance tuning of production, test/development, and QA database environments while ensuring high levels of data availability. The Database Administrator will be implementing and overseeing database policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of our PostgreSQL databases and their accompanying software.
