assist in developing system concepts; and conduct technology assessments and trade-off studies for proposed designs. * Assist in drafting and maintaining program documentation, including Statements of Objectives (SOOs), Statements of Work (SOWs), program plans, schedules, and executive-level briefings. * Support preparation of regulatory and statutory documentation, including Systems Engineering Plans (SEPs) and Life Cycle Management Plans (LCMPs). * Review contractor deliverables, technical data, and documentation;
