Shift times are general hours; some projects may require earlier or later reporting based on customer requirements., IDS is seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer, for ADG Creative, an IDS subsidiary, to lead user experience strategy, design execution, and team development across complex systems and products. This role is responsible for driving high-quality user-centered design solutions, establishing UX standards, and mentoring design staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Duties

 * Lead, manage, and mentor UX designers, providing direction and supporting professional growth

 * Define and communicate UX strategy and vision across a portfolio

 * Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency

 * Facilitate design workshops and sprints to enhance collaboration across teams

 * Conduct user research and develop journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes

 * Advocate for end-users by identifying workflows, pain points, and needs

 * Define and refine UX processes, integrating Human-Centered Design within Agile development

 * Perform other duties as assigned
