Preferred * Experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform. * Experience with Event Driven Ansible. * Experience automating VMware administration using Ansible, PowerCLI, application programming interfaces, or related automation tools. * Experience integrating automation solutions with ServiceNow or other information technology service management platforms. * Experience developing integrations using REST application programming interfaces, webhooks, and scripting. * Experience with Infrastructure as Code concepts and tools such as Terraform. * Experience with container technologies including Podman, Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift. * Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, Grafana, or similar tools. * Experience using AI assisted development tools such as Kiro, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Amazon Q Developer, or similar technologies. * Experience leveraging AI tools to improve software development productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and automation engineering workflows. * Experience working in Agile product delivery environments. * Relevant Red Hat, VMware, Microsoft, or automation certifications. Tools and Technologies ## Description The ideal candidate has a strong infrastructure background in VMware, Windows Server, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux, along with a passion for using automation to reduce manual effort, improve operational consistency, and accelerate service delivery.
