Generally the job requires 50% sitting, 25% walking, and 25% standing. ## Description Job Summary: Provide support for technology at the school level. Reports to: Executive Director of Information Services, This employee is responsible for performing tasks which aid in the ongoing support of teachers and students using computers in the ELP thru grade 8 educational setting. The employee provides hardware and software support to teachers and building support staff. Tasks include but are not limited to software training, hardware and software installation, troubleshooting problems such as logging on to a computer system or software, printing malfunctions, or routine error messages. If standard techniques do not resolve the situation, the employee will seek assistance from the appropriate technical professional.
