At Regal, we believe every team member has a role to play in creating blockbuster experiences. ## Description As Oracle HCM Functional Administrator, you'll play a hands-on role in Regal's global People & Culture transformation program. Much like the crew behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly, you'll be responsible for building, configuring, testing, and maintaining Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll as we prepare for go-live. You'll work closely with the People & Culture team, Payroll team, business stakeholders, project team, and system integrators to translate business requirements into effective Oracle HCM solutions. Following go-live, you'll become a key member of the team, providing ongoing Oracle HCM administration, configuration, programming, system updates, and enhancements to support Regal's global workforce.
