Our client is seeking an SDET to build and own the company's quality engineering practice. This individual will establish automation frameworks, release processes, testing standards, and quality metrics across a growing suite of fundraising and payment-based applications. Initially, the role will consist of approximately 60% manual testing and 40% automation while comprehensive automated coverage is being built. Responsibilities * Design and build the QA automation framework from scratch * Create end-to-end automated test coverage across multiple applications * Build regression test suites for critical business workflows * Automate testing for payment processing, donation flows, and transaction logic * Develop and maintain API and UI automation suites * Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines * Validate legacy-to-new platform migration efforts * Execute manual testing for new features and releases * Create quality metrics, reporting, and release readiness standards * Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve software quality * Serve as the primary owner of release validation and test strategy We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
