## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or clinical certifications (i.e. LVN, MA, OTR etc.) is desired
 * Healthcare or equivalent experience desired.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

 * Epic ambulatory Certification required, NVT 2026, + A bachelor's degree in healthcare is required; Epic Ambulatory application build and support experience is required.

## Description

+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare IT or Epic EMR, with at least 3 years of experience as an Epic EMR analyst
 + Responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of the Epic EMR systems across an organization
 + Leads system design and optimization projects to improve system functionality and end-user efficiency
 + Provides input in system policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements
 + Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to identify system needs and develop solutions
 + Participate in the development and implementation of training programs for end-users
 + Provides guidance and support as needed to other analysts
 + Monitor system performance and conduct system audits to ensure data integrity and security
 + Execute tasks with little to no supervision required (Independent with little to no support)
 + Ability to mentor junior analysts
 + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Virtual Meeting Tools (Zoom, Teams, Go-To)
