This role serves as the technical bridge between Engineering, Product Management, Deployment, Service, and customers, ensuring successful implementation of complex power systems while driving customer satisfaction, startup quality, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills, customer-facing experience, technical expertise in power infrastructure (or thermal systems), and hands-on troubleshooting capabilities, including remote technical support and issue resolution.
