## About the Role

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AWS services and understands basic cloud security and infrastructure management., * Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and services.

 * Understanding of AWS networking, security groups, routing, and subnets.
 * Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
 * Understanding of cloud security and government/DoD environments.
 * Ability to troubleshoot AWS infrastructure and connectivity issues.
 * Security+ or another DoD-approved security certification preferred.

## Description

* Build, configure, and maintain AWS cloud environments.
 * Deploy and manage AWS resources such as EC2, VPCs, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, and Load Balancers.
 * Configure AWS networking, including VPCs, subnets, security groups, routing, and Transit Gateway.
 * Manage user access and permissions using AWS IAM.
 * Monitor cloud systems using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and AWS Config.
 * Support cloud security and compliance requirements in government environments.
 * Assist with vulnerability management, patching, and system configuration.
 * Use Terraform or CloudFormation to automate cloud infrastructure.
 * Troubleshoot AWS infrastructure, networking, and access issues.
 * Work with development and IT teams to deploy and maintain applications in AWS.
 * Document cloud configurations, procedures, and changes.
