In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the critical technology systems that power our fulfillment functions, including our network infrastructure, endpoints, sortation systems, and software. This is a high-impact role with clear growth potential. Responsibilities and Duties * Provide day-to-day technical support for fulfillment center hardware including Zebra scanners, windows endpoints, network infrastructure and sortation systems. * Manage large scale wireless infrastructure ensuring optimal performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment. * Work closely with local and remote IT teams, as well as operations management to deliver high-quality solutions to meet business needs. * Deliver outstanding customer service through timely, solutions-oriented support. * Lead or participate in projects related to technology rollouts, system upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements. * Manage hardware/software procurement and inventory across the fulfillment center.
