The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is focused on outbound pipeline generation in the Managed IT Services and Security Services sector. The SDR will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, initiating conversations, qualifying business needs, and scheduling qualified opportunity meetings for the sales team. The SDR is responsible for the first 3 stages of a sales cycle: lead, prospect, and opportunity. Core responsibilities to develop leads will include [but not limited to] cold calling, multi-channel outreach, business research, referral partnerships, networking, sales tools, and CRM tracking. The SDR role requires the ability to learn and understand our services at an introductory level and recognize when a prospect may be a good fit for our services. A willingness to travel within the Tampa and surrounding area and a passion for connecting with people are key to succeeding in this role.
