This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional with strong desktop support experience who is comfortable working independently and supporting end users during hardware refresh and operating system migration activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in device imaging, deployment, troubleshooting, and migration efforts, helping ensure a smooth transition to Windows 11 across the organization., Desktop Support & Deployment * Perform workstation imaging, configuration, and deployment activities. * Support Windows 11 migration projects, including user setup and post-deployment troubleshooting. * Migrate pilot and production user groups to new devices and operating systems. * Install, configure, and support desktop hardware, software, peripherals, and mobile devices. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues. * Provide onsite support across multiple office and branch locations as required. Technical Support * Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues in a timely and professional manner. * Perform hardware replacements, system upgrades, and device refresh activities. * Document support procedures, deployment activities, and issue resolutions. * Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
