* Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and a Technical Product Manager.
 * Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of MEV services and mempool-transaction workflows for Ethereum.
 * Define and deliver product offerings that maximize profit validator gains.
 * Collaborate with searchers to build tools and services that enhance their trading execution.
 * Contribute hands-on code to the BDN and related services, ensuring high performance and scalability.
 * Foster a culture of rigorous code quality, automated testing, and continuous improvement.
