The primary focus is maintaining, supporting, and continually upgrading the office's systems and building technology, including the network, conferencing, AV control, signage, and security. Supporting and training the team is central to the role: the IT Manager is the first point of contact for technical help and keeps users confident and productive. This hands-on position combines IT support, user training, project management, and AV/control programming, and on occasion supports the live-event and permanent-installation teams in a networking and systems capacity.
