## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
 * 3+ years of experience in applications engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role within manufacturing.
 * Proven ability to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and industrial control systems.
 * Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and/or simulation tools.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Bonus Qualifications

 * Experience with PLM/PDM systems
 * Familiarity with simulation software (e.g., FEA, CFD)
 * Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for automation
 * Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and smart manufacturing
 * Prior experience in a customer-facing or sales-support role

## Description
