Preferred Qualifications * Experience on Medicaid or major healthcare payer projects. * Program or Project Management background. * Hands-on experience with automated testing tools or frameworks. * Knowledge of Medicaid Transformation Initiatives and MMIS modernization. * Experience building RFPs and evaluating vendor proposals. * Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. * Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment. Education * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - OR - * 9+ years of equivalent relevant experience ## Description The Client is undergoing a major Medicaid Enterprise Modularity (AMMP) transformation-transitioning from a legacy, monolithic system to a modular, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment. The initiative aligns with CMS standards such as MITA, MECL, MECT, and Outcomes-Based Certification. To ensure strong quality and testing governance across this multi-year, multi-vendor initiative, it has established the Enterprise Quality Program (EQP). The agency seeks an Enterprise Quality Program Manager (EQP Manager) to lead all aspects of quality assurance and testing for the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES).
