 * Experience with document/records management systems required; iManage Work and iManage Records Manager preferred.
\n

 * Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
\n

 * Strong organizational, analytical, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
\n

 * Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to new technology.

 * Manage and maintain physical and electronic records, including filing, retrieval, audits, transfers, retention, and disposition.
\n

 * Facilitate offboarding and matter close-out activities, including retention, transfer, disposition, compliance review, and related coordination.
\n

 * Maintain secure onsite storage spaces and support projects involving file destruction, clearance, cleanup, transfers, audits, inventories, office moves, and space allocation.
\n

 * Provide guidance and training on email and document filing, records procedures, and enterprise records and document management systems.
\n

 * Respond to service requests and collaborate with IGR leadership, internal departments, business teams, vendors, and clients to deliver high-quality service.
