An additional 4 years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 9 years. * Level 3: Eight years of related experience along with a Bachelor's degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to computer engineering or computer science disciplines AND 3 years of work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains. An additional 4 years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 12 years. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience mentoring and introducing best practices. * Experience performing Tier 3 support and testing workflows. ## Description * Lead multi-domain JBlocks development and requirement alignment. * Define, manage, and deliver capabilities within an established team. * Mentor developers and introduce best practices. * Perform system-level integration, testing, and documentation. * Containerizing existing software capabilities using Docker. * Applying knowledge of EDH1/2, ISM, CAPCO, and CUI standards.
