## About the Role

* 1+ year of hands-on experience with laptop and desktop break-fix repairs.
 * Experience building or upgrading computers is preferred.
 * Basic knowledge of PC hardware, software, and Microsoft Office applications.
 * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
 * Strong communication and customer service skills.
 * Ability to work independently and manage daily service assignments.

Requirements

 * Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid auto insurance (daily travel throughout the Nashville metro area is required).
 * Must be able to pass required background checks and client/government clearances, if applicable.

## Description

* Travel to customer sites to perform onsite computer repairs.
 * Diagnose and repair laptops and desktop computers.
 * Replace hardware components, including hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards.
 * Perform complete computer swaps when necessary.
 * Repair or replace PC peripherals and accessories.
 * Update and close service tickets in real time using a company-issued mobile device.
 * Deliver excellent customer service while following company procedures and service standards.
