(Scalability) * Design the architecture so the agile teams can add new features onto the platform easily without changing the architecture. (Expandability) * Design the architecture so all the features can be enabled and disabled, and configurable by settings without changing source code. (Configurability) * Design the architecture so the platform can be intuitively operated with small number of steps by administrators, doctors, medical facility staff, patient coordinators, patients and other operators. (Efficiency) * Design the architecture so the platform is compliant with ISO27001, HIPAA and HITRUST.
