## About the Role

* U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain TOP SECRET security clearance; active SECRET clearance required.

 * Bachelor's (or higher) degree from an accredited institution and 5+ years of relevant experience.
\n

 * Process-oriented and attention to detail.
\n

 * Strong leadership skills.
\n

 * Experience working with and managing small groups., * Excellent written and oral communication skills and teamwork abilities.
\n

 * Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks for team members.
\n

 * Ability to read, understand, and interpret complex technical documents.
\n

 * Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
\n

 * UUV testing experience (or general at-sea test experience)
\n

 * Project management experience
\n

 * Experience with Microsoft Office and Visio
\n

 * Experience with Open Project is a plus
\n

 * Ability to operate crane/davit
\n

 * Capable of supporting at-sea testing is a plus
\n

 * Small boat certified (or willingness to get certified) is a plus
\n
