Work Environment * 100% onsite in Memphis, TN. * Work is performed in a large-scale data center environment. * Position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and working around server racks and other data center equipment. * May require lifting and moving equipment within normal data center safety guidelines. * Candidates must be comfortable working around enterprise servers, networking equipment, cabling, and AI/GPU infrastructure. ## Description PGTEK is seeking hands-on Data Center Technicians to support a high-performance data center environment in Memphis, TN. This is a great opportunity for technicians who enjoy working with enterprise hardware, troubleshooting technical issues, and getting hands-on with servers and data center infrastructure. Technicians will primarily support Dell PowerEdge servers, performing hardware troubleshooting, break/fix repairs, component replacement, and preventative maintenance. The role will also involve replacing GPU cards and other components supporting AI infrastructure, along with opportunities to assist with basic server deployment, rack-and-stack, cabling, and related data center activities. While previous data center or server experience is preferred, early-career candidates and graduates of technical training programs are encouraged to apply. Training could be provided to candidates who demonstrate strong technical fundamentals, mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and the right attitude.
