Additionally, candidates should have: * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Excellent customer service skills and the ability to understand and respond to client needs. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while meeting established deadlines. * Experience supporting Windows-based systems and desktop environments. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Microsoft Office. * Experience with networking, remote computing, and backup systems. * Experience supporting scientific or laboratory instrumentation. * Experience working in a life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or laboratory environment. * Experience working in a validated environment. * Familiarity with GxP, ISO, or FDA-regulated environments. * Experience supporting instrument-controlled software and laboratory computer systems., * Must be comfortable working in a laboratory or controlled environment and wearing required PPE, including lab coats and safety glasses. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where timely completion of work is important. * May need to remain stationary for extended periods. * Ability to move between laboratories, corridors, adjoining rooms, and buildings onsite. * Regularly operate instruments, tools, and controls, which may require bending, squatting, stretching, and reaching. * Ability to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds, with potential for occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. * May encounter laboratory hazards including extreme temperatures, biological materials, and hazardous chemicals. * May be required to handle hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. * May be required to complete medical clearance, respiratory protection training, and fit testing when respiratory protection is necessary. ## Description We are seeking a Laboratory IT Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support within a laboratory environment.
