This role offers an opportunity to take a leading role in the development and transformation of enterprise ServiceNow capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong ServiceNow expertise and experience designing and implementing enterprise ITSM solutions. Experience with BMC Remedy and large-scale ITSM platform migrations is highly desirable. This is more than a traditional ServiceNow administration or maintenance position.
