## About the Role

* 3+ years of software engineering experience; you've shipped production code in real systems and you own what you build
 * Meaningful experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity - not support or sales, but as the engineer responsible for making things work
 * Comfortable operating without a playbook: every enterprise environment is different, and you're energized by figuring it out rather than waiting for a spec
 * Based in NYC or excited to relocate (we'll cover it); this is a 5-day in-office role

You might excel if

 * You've navigated gnarly enterprise infrastructure (firewalls, VPNs, zero-trust, legacy auth) and know how to get systems talking under constraints
 * You've done customer deployments before and know the organizational and technical landmines: building trust with IT security, managing stakeholder expectations, keeping complex rollouts on track
 * You have direct experience with some or all of our stack: TypeScript, Python, Temporal, Postgres, Kubernetes, Tailscale
 * You communicate as well as you code: customers trust you, and you can translate technical reality into something executives understand

## Description

* Ship real features and integrations for customers, contributing directly to the core codebase
 * Own technical customer deployments: network access, secure infrastructure, and connecting Sola agents to internal systems
 * Be the technical point of contact for customers, unblocking hard problems and keeping deployments healthy
