What You'll Deliver * Translate product goals into LLM-driven, machine-executable instructions using structured prompting techniques * Implement LLM safety, observability, and policy compliance (e.g., logging, red-teaming, PII handling) * Design, develop, test, and deliver scalable, customer-facing applications and services * Write clean, well-documented, and extensible code aligned with engineering standards * Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Quality Engineering * Contribute across the full software development lifecycle (refinement, coding, testing, deployment) * Participate in Agile practices and continuously improve development processes and quality * Manage task priorities, estimates, deadlines, and deliverables to meet performance expectations * Ownership of multiple versions of data warehouse code for imports from various time and billing systems * Owning ways to scale existing code, and options to modernize platform We're committed to creating an inclusive environment.
