## About the Role

* Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Python programming lang , with at least 3-4 years in a technical leadership role.
 * Technical Skills: Expertise in Python programming, Django/Flask Api framework and working in large datasets..
 * Experience in deployments and code optimization
 * Database Management: Strong experience with MS SQL Server including writing complex queries. Knowledge of PostGreSQL is a plus.
 * Tools: Knowledge of version control systems like Git, and experience of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
 * Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools like ServiceNow.
 * Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
 * Experience in Banking Industry/Lending portfolio is a plus
 * Knowledge in PD/LGD model is an added advantage
