* Demonstrated leadership experience utilizing Full Spectrum Leadership characteristics
 * Software Engineering skills and experience
 * Experience with Agile software development, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Cloud computing technology
 * Technical team leadership experience
 * Strong project management ability; consistently delivers multi-disciplinary, high risk programs on schedule and within budget
 * Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Gitlab, MS Project
 * Experience developing software for space and ground systems
 * Earned Value Management (EVM) understanding or experience and/or schedule management for engineering activities
 * Ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance is required for consideration

Desired Skills

 * Experience leading new business capture activities including proposal development, BOE development, and technical and management plans
 * Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams
 * Strong interpersonal skills

 * Be responsible for recruiting, staffing, training, career mentoring, and performance management of individual contributors, building strong teams.
 * Lead efforts to transform business practices through digital engineering and agile methodologies to optimize the enterprise.
