Do you have experience in Word processing?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Excellent communication skills

 * Strong work ethic, reliable and innovative
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines and able to prioritize in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
 * Great organizational skills
 * Good team player and willing to learn additional support functions, as needed
 * Proficient knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications

Preferred Qualifications

 * Knowledge of SEC, FINRA and State Insurance licensing
 * Bachelor's degree
 * 1+ years experience in Finance or Insurance industry

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Insurance Legal and Regulatory Environment: Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations; ability to comply with these laws and regulations in insurance industry practices and activities.

Equitable is looking for a dynamic Branch Support Analyst - Licensing & Controls to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing

 * Provide high level customer service support for the assigned Branches and maintain field force Contract, Licensing and Registration records.
 * Function as an information resource and quality control.
 * Under general supervision, enter, update and maintain all records regarding new hire processing, individual licensing and registration needs.
 * Review and process the initial FINRA form U4s, Departments of Insurance License/Appointment applications, Appointment renewals and Contracting updates for candidates.
 * Update and maintain candidate records using external and internal systems and applications.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on-site presence of 2-3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration.
