This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, priorities are aligned, and Agile delivery processes are executed effectively., Product & Functional Leadership * Lead Pega product development initiatives from requirements gathering through solution delivery. * Collaborate with business stakeholders and end users to identify needs, gather requirements, and document user stories. * Define and maintain clear acceptance criteria to ensure successful delivery outcomes. * Partner with Product Owners to prioritize product backlogs based on business value, risk, dependencies, and delivery timelines. * Analyze and optimize business processes, workflows, and operational procedures. * Conduct process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and business transformation activities. * Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. Agile Delivery & Scrum Leadership * Serve as Scrum Master for Agile development teams operating in two-week sprint cycles. * Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. * Remove impediments and proactively manage delivery risks. * Coordinate dependencies across teams and stakeholders. * Drive accountability and continuous improvement within Agile teams. * Track sprint progress and ensure timely completion of committed work.
