## About the Role

* Master's degree or equivalent military-college qualification in engineering, information systems, aeronautics, Operations Research, project management, business administration, or related field; or bachelor's degree plus five years of relevant experience.
 * At least three years of recent senior-leader briefing experience.
 * At least five years of operational intelligence fusion and integration experience within the past 12 years.
 * Experience must include multi-source or multi-domain intelligence at Joint or Strategic-level staff, and/or military effects Planning and Command and Control.
 * Relevant backgrounds may include J2/J23 or J5/J25 experience in NATO or national headquarters.
 * At least two years of program/project-management experience in military capability development.
 * At least two years of multinational or NATO experience.

Preferred Qualifications

 * NATO JISR experience.
 * Joint intelligence fusion-center experience.
 * Multi-domain intelligence integration.
 * Joint or strategic headquarters experience.
 * NATO capability-development or requirements-management experience.

## Description

Ironclad Defense Works is seeking a Senior Joint Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance & Awareness (JISR&A) Capability Development SME to support NATO Allied Command Transformation in Norfolk, Virginia. This position will support development and integration of NATO JISR&A capabilities, with particular emphasis on multi-source and multi-domain intelligence fusion and integration.
The successful candidate will bring Joint or Strategic-level intelligence experience, capability-development expertise, senior-level briefing skills, and familiarity with multinational military organizations., * Support development of JISR&A capability products across DOTMLPFI.

 * Provide methodological and analytical expertise for multi-source and multi-domain intelligence fusion.
 * Support JISR and related Beacon projects.
 * Elicit, analyze, evaluate, and trace operational, system, capability, and interoperability requirements.
 * Support JISR&A doctrine, policy, CONOPS, and courses of action.
 * Coordinate capability development across DOTMLPFI.
 * Engage NATO Agencies, national militaries, academia, and Centers of Excellence.
 * Support JISR&A program-management activities and capability validation.
 * Capture lessons learned and best practices.
 * Support senior JISR&A leadership and multinational engagements.
