Education:

 * Strong orientation toward end-user support, with experience in Windows software and hardware

 * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive, and Teams
 * Working knowledge of:

 * Microsoft Windows operating systems
 * PC-based application software
 * Printers, networking, and telecommunications
 * Windows system hardware and peripherals
 * Skilled in using remote support tools
 * Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including component-level troubleshooting and repair

 * Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as needed

 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 * Professional and personable demeanor when interacting with end users
 * Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and dependability
 * Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks promptly

What You'll Do:

 * IT Technicians deliver Level 2 triage and onsite support for Systems, Network, and Telecom.
 * Plan, install, and maintain personal computer systems-both new and existing.
 * Collaborate with end users to assess hardware/software needs and deliver tailored solutions.
 * Manage and maintain a spare parts inventory for desktops, laptops, and endpoint peripherals.
 * Install and update hardware and software across the organization.
 * IT Technicians train users on equipment and software to ensure confident, efficient use.
 * Work on moderately complex applications and contribute to continuous tech improvement.
