The employee is occasionally required to bend and lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. ## Description The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay is to prepare youth and young adults to be future-ready by providing life-changing programs, real-life experiences, and clear pathways to succeed in the classroom, the workplace and life., Under the supervision of the Chief of Staff, the Data & Outcomes Manager is responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to program outcomes and organizational performance. This role ensures that data-driven insights are used to improve program effectiveness and demonstrate the impact of Boys & Girls Clubs initiatives., Data Collection and Management * Develop and implement data collection protocols to ensure accurate and consistent data gathering across all club locations. * Maintain and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and security. * Train staff in data collection methods and the use of data management systems. Data Analysis and Reporting * Analyze data to identify trends, measure program outcomes, and assess organizational performance. * Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders. * Develop and maintain data warehousing of data pulled from multiple sources to consolidate for reporting purposes. * Filter and "clean" data by reviewing reports, printouts and performance indicators in membership data system to locate and identify any data entry issues.
