Ephemeral environments, release management, deployment automation, Kubernetes upgrades, incident triage, security patching, compliance remediation, Terraform drift detection and remediation: each becomes a governed, multi-user agent that runs inside the customer's own cloud., DuploCloud is looking for a Solutions Architect with a demonstrated background in cloud technologies, DevOps and platform engineering, and AI-driven automation, who drives customer success through solution architecture. This is a customer-facing technical pre-sales role: you will work hand-in-hand with the Sales organization from the first technical conversation with a prospect through a successful proof of concept, deal conversion, and hand-off to our Onboarding and Forward Deployed Engineering teams. The heart of the role is understanding how a prospect actually runs operations today and then showing them, concretely and in their own terms, how DuploCloud solves their pain points.
