The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus., * Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT budget management, analysis, or a related field, preferably within a military or government environment. * Experience with NMCI/NGEN contracts and Task Order processes is highly desirable. * Strong understanding of IT inventory management, budgeting processes, and fiscal analysis. * Familiarity with ONE Net and NMCI systems, as well as knowledge of network engineering principles. * Proven ability to analyze complex data and budgetary information, with strong attention to detail. * Experience in maintaining and updating budgetary spreadsheets and financial documentation. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders, including regional CIOs and program offices. * Strong presentation skills to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. * Ability to coordinate and facilitate meetings and discussions among various stakeholders. Certifications * Active IAT II Certification Education Clearance * Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in project management or IT governance are a plus.
