You'll lead the Business Solutions Architecture (BSA), Program Management Office (PMO), and Quality Assurance (QA) organizations - the three functions that shape how technology projects are prioritized, delivered, and trusted across Axon's critical operational and go-to-market platforms. You will serve as a key member of the Business Technology Leadership Team, responsible for aligning technology and delivery priorities with evolving business objectives. This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, organizational leadership, product mindset, operational execution, and cross-functional influence. You will partner closely with leaders across Sales, Finance, Operations, Customer Experience, and Engineering to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and deliver scalable business solutions. This role is highly collaborative, outcome-oriented, and success will be visible.
