The primary objective of the Software Development I is to develop enterprise quality software solutions that can be changed and expanded with minimum effort and become well versed in the Agile Methodology., * The Software Developer I position typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related area * No experience required in the field or in a related area * First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) * This person must have programming competency of a Computer Science graduate and the ability to learn new languages and technologies * Scrum is not a required prerequisite, but you will be required to learn Scrum and participate in a team * Excellent verbal and written skills * Ability to deal with face-to-face interactions with a wide variety of personalities * A positive attitude, open mind, and willingness to learn are essential * Familiarity with AI development tools (specifically Gemini and Claude) and basic prompt engineering * Knowledge and/or experience with programming.
