 * Steuerung und Überwachung der Ticketsysteme (Ticketrouting, Priorisierung, Nachverfolgung)
 * Erstellung und Pflege einer praxisnahen IT-Dokumentation
 * Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von IT-Betrieb und Infrastruktur

IT-Service & Dienstleistermanagement

 * Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister
 * Betreuung und Pflege von Hardware, Medien- und Endgeräten

Software & Eigenanwendungen

 * Betreuung und Pflege der eingesetzten Softwareprodukte
 * Übernahme von Key-User-Rollen
 * Mitarbeit bei Konzeption, Entwicklung und Programmierung von Eigenanwendungen
