AWS with Bedrock is strongly preferred, as the group standardises on AWS, Snowflake, and dbt. * On-call experience for production AI or data systems. * Strong written communication, comfortable producing ADRs and technical reviews. * Current, hands-on coding fluency. * Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English. Nice to have: * Experience as the senior technical counterpart to a peer Data or Platform team. * Hands-on experience with AWS, Snowflake, and dbt, or comparable infrastructure. * Familiarity with the commercial state of the art in enterprise retrieval (Glean, Notion AI Enterprise, vector database platforms, evaluation tooling) ## Description Join Eversports as our new Principal AI Engineer! In this role you will act as the senior technical voice of the AI team, owning architectural decisions where the AI Lead defers to you, and setting the technical bar for how AI applications get built, evaluated, and operated across the Eversports Group.
