 * Support von Hardwaregeräten (Mobile Devices, Notebooks/Workstations, Drucker, ...)

 * Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung der IT-Security und IT-Policy

 * Mitwirkung bei der Dokumentation und Administration von Prozessen und Systemen
