## Description

* Analyseren, oplossen en optimaliseren van soft-en hardware storingen om een soepele ontwikkeling van het bedrijf te waarborgen.
 * Verantwoordelijk voor 2e- en 3e lijns ondersteuning aan collega's, je zal niet enkel problemen oplossen, maar ook meedenken over hoe gelijkaardige problemen in de toekomst kunnen voorkomen worden.
 * Het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn bij storingen; iedereen kan bij jou terecht, en je haalt voldoening bij het ondersteunen van collega's.
 * Beheer van lokale netwerken en infrastructuur componenten zoals LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi.
 * Continu brainstormen aan de optimalisatie en verbetering van IT-projecten en toepassingen.
 * Zorgen voor ondersteuning aan productiegerelateerde IT-systemen.
 * Het aansturen van externe dienstverleners op locatie.
