For us, motivation and curiosity matter just as much as the technical box-ticking, but to thrive in this role, you'll likely recognise yourself in most of the following: * You hold a master's degree in data science, IT, statistics, business engineering or a related field * You have at least 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst in an IT environment * You are proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large, complex data sets * You have hands on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik * Knowledge of Python or R is a plus * You have an eye for detail and a structured, analytical mindset * You can explain technical findings in a way that makes sense to non technical stakeholders * You are fluent in Dutch, French is a plus ## Description As Data Analyst, you'll turn data from IT systems and business applications into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the organisation.
