## Description

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced CRM Product & Functional Lead for a contract opportunity in Brussels. This is a great opportunity for a Salesforce/CRM professional who enjoys working between business and technology and leading cross-functional CRM initiatives.

The role will focus on:

 * Salesforce & CRM functional leadership
 * Cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, B2B and Customer Care
 * Functional analysis and business requirements
 * CRM automation and process improvement
 * Customer journeys and customer experience
 * Salesforce AI capabilities
 * Digital marketing and campaign performance
 * Reporting, analytics and KPI monitoring
 * CRM integrations and a 360° customer view
