We are looking for a Senior Reliability Engineer who combines technical expertise with analytical thinking, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously., * Master's degree in Engineering or a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Physics..), or equivalent qualifications and experience demonstrating a strong technical foundation in manufacturing, maintenance, or reliability engineering. * Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Asset Management, or a related technical discipline. Experience working in GMP-regulated environments is an advantage. * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into practical recommendations. * Good understanding of reliability engineering principles, maintenance optimization, and asset lifecycle management, with experience applying methodologies such as RCA, FMEA, RCM, and predictive maintenance strategies. * Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues in Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Quality * Proficiency in Excel and CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent). Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar analytics tools is an advantage. * Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
